We discovered mold on our garage ceiling and called our warranty office. They put us in touch with Servpro Sarasota who responded quickly by send Layla, a mold mitigation technician. I give her 5 stars on knowledge, service and thoroughness. Although her work created a mess, she didn’t leave until things were spotless. She provided me with clear explanation of next steps and indicated that I can call if there are further issues. The reason for my stellar review is this occurred late on a 90+ degree Saturday and not once did I feel like she compromised quality of work for the sake of leaving early. 5 stars for Layla, I wish more service providers had technicians as good.
