We had a slab leak which turned into a multitude of issues. SERVPRO arrived quickly and assured us that they would get our home back to pre loss condition. And boy did they! They handled everything from the cleanup to the restoration process and anything in between. The teams were professional and sympathetic to our needs. The damaged materials were quickly removed and their plumbing contractor was onsite that day to repair the leak. Once the cleanup was finished the reconstruction team moved fast to not only get the room back to pre loss condition but 100 times better! The flooring and trim work was top quality! So pleased we made the phone call to them!

Had a leak in master shower, water on bathroom floor and leaked into master bedroom, a section of carpet was soaked. Servpro was there in an hour, removed water from carpet, brought in equipment and checked every day to makes sure things were dry. Johnny Foreman and couple other guys were so friendly and professional and went above and beyond. And they dealt directly with my insurance company. I would give them a very high rating. Also they came back and pressure washed my carpets and an area rug, Earl and Lorenzo, very nice and did a great job. Thank you all.

We highly recommend ServPro for your water reclamation and rebuild needs. We had a complete rebuild due to a slab leak that occurred when we were out of town.

From the late night call fearing the unknown road ahead to begin water clean-up (Sean led the charge), until a complete interior rebuild, ServPro's team was professional, attentive, and diligent restoring our interior back to better than a custom-home builder quality. Before we arrived on site, the 3D video captured by ServPro helped us understand the full extent of recovery needed. The team worked carefully to pack out the house, ensuring everything was protected and safe throughout the rebuild. Chris B. and his team did a superb job with clean-up, and removed the necessary dry-wall, trim, cabinets and impacted personal items. Sean's team worked to cut away damaged dry-wall, but only what was absolutely necessary to minimize impacting the floor-to-ceiling custom painted kids room murals. Greg B. quickly came on-site to fully assess the rebuild, working through all the insurance claim issues, and was easy to work with to establish a rebuild plan (new cabinets, new floors, new baseboards, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room). Corey managed the project, putting John in charge on-site performing craftsman quality workmanship for all of his teams efforts. From May through October, ServPro's team worked to overcome numerous material supply issues. Karen ran point to coordinate finding tile, picking cabinets, finding cabinet hardware, granite countertop suppliers (we upgraded) etc. We heard horror stories of backordered supplies and protracted rebuilds, but yet we did not experience that because the entire ServPro team knows how to solve the problems. Also, their subcontractors were top-notch, to name a few, Zak (plumbing), Franciso (granite), and tile installer for the flooring and shower enclosure. The tile work was installed seamlessly throughout as a continuous flow (every single room).

We would highly recommend the ServPro team for any and all reclamation and rebuild jobs. They stand behind their work, they fixed any issues, and quickly worked any punch list items to closure. In fact, if you need a construction contractor to do your remodeling, we would highly, highly recommend.

I had a leak from my second floor laundry room into my first floor living space. Thank goodness for Servpro and Andrea for literally saving the day. They were all friendly from the phone calls, to the team that should up on site. The Servpro team on site was extremely professional, walked us through everything and because of the great documentation I was able to turn everything into my insurance! I highly recommend Andrea and the Servpro SB team you never want to call them but when you need to make that call you want the best and they are the best!

Our maintenance worker discovered an extensive water and mold issue in one of our vacant condo units caused by a slab leak. Our property manager got a quote from SERV PRO and our board unanimously chose to move forward with them. Our new board President and Vice President sat down with Bill McCauley and Jenn Echevarria and reviewed the assessment and estimate. They made us feel comfortable and patiently educated us on the process.
Jenn was our point person and we communicated with her frequently, as she kept us informed daily on what to expect. She provided us with documents, testing and immediate resources that helped us resolve every obstacle we faced.
All of the sudden a GIGANTIC dumpster and numerous (large and small) green SERV PRO Trucks and Vans arrived on site. Most communities would have freaked out but our residents were well informed and saw TRUE professionals at work every day, for WEEKS! Alexis Delgado (Crew Chief ) and his crew, Sandro Zarzuela, Josue Fernado, Diego Materon and Victor Perez Parrillo (and more) were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! They were calm, informative, kind, courteous and true gentlemen. What a great team! They worked so hard in the July heat, removing all of the mold covered contents, furniture, flooring, drywall, doors, cabinets etc. They meticulously cleaned, sanded, caulked, painted the studs, preparing the unit for a custom makeover by the soon to be new owners. We not only resolved a problem with ease, but we made new neighbors and friends.
Last but not least, Andrea MaCarthy, the Marketing Manager is a valuable asset to our community. She has a wealth of knowledge and resources to help prepare for any emergency. Everyone should call her and utilize the free tools SERV PRO provides, you never know when you need to call in the experts.

We had a bathroom faucet left running for a few days and it flooded half of the house! We were devastated, but boy, we were glad we called Servpro. They showed up right away and helped us with everything we needed, including giving us a kind word of reassurance that everything will be OK. They first informed us of all the steps involved and then went straight to work. Mold was a big issue, but they dried the house up with their big fan machines. They professionally removed everything that was damaged. They all worked really hard and fast. I hope you don't need to use them ever, but if you do, you won't be disappointed. They are the best!
