I know a friend of mine that used them, I was helping my friend at the time. They were courteous professional and very educational. Went out of their way to make sure that we understood the process and was able to deal with any complications and take the stress and burden off of our shoulders. Brian is amazing, The assigned crew was responsive and the office staff was very attentive. They worked directly with my insurnace company and adjusters all i had to do was sign a check. 10/10 Service.

I’ve had a horrible experience with this company. Their pricing is not honest and upfront at all. There were several houses that flooded in my street and we all used him, then we came to find out that he was pricing differently to each one of us. Houses with similar square footage had different prices and he charged whatever he wanted above what insurance is paying. I have been trying to find a solution and get him to price what’s fair and not gauging his prices during a stressful time like a flood. I’ve had no luck to get them to give me a fair market price. They have had similar conversations with my neighbors regarding their prices and ways of working.

If you are going to use them get pricing ahead of time and make sure your insurance will accept their work and pricing.

It’s unacceptable that companies take advantage of natural disasters to make more profit and operate in such a dishonest manner.

Great experience with Shari and Brian! My wife and I had black mold infest our home and were forced to relocate and clean all of our items before relocating them to the new home. This was in the midst of our wedding and it ran into quarantine... We were stressed and lost but Shari and Brian helped us through the entire process, even dropping off our cleaned mattresses and rugs at our new property because it was raining.

I hope it isn't the same circumstances, but we will contact Servpro for any of our cleaning needs!

When I had water intrusion in my family room, Brian was out immediately inspecting the walls, ceiling and foundation with an infrared camera identifying the source area. He found that it came in thru a crack in the foundation and not from the roof. Thank goodness it had not wicked up the walls yet! Drying equipment was set up immediately! He was very professional, polite, helpful and I was relieved! Thank You!!!
