From emergency response, took about 10 days post storm) to the completion of water damage services; including removal of damaged flooring... the team of Thomas, Nick and Garrett were thorough, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer satisfaction skills. Once they got involved, that part of services was completed efficiently. All three workers deserve kudos or bonuses $ for their work. They even befriended our dog!

I would like to share my experience with Servpro of Wesley Chapel. I had a water flood emergency and actually called Servpro while it was occuring. Serpro dispatched Garrett and his team whom arrived within the hour to start a full fledged water remediation operation. Garrett was very polite and courteous explaining the process, checking the damage, setting up the equipment. He took his time and explained any and all questions I had. I am a senior and initially had decided I may have to self pay and was really frightened that equipment would be left and forgot about and I would be expected for paying for equipment not needed. They were out everyday taking readings and removed equipment quickly as soon as possible when done. I was really impressed with Garrett's timeliness, professionalism, and how simple he made a nerve racking operation understandable. I highly recommend Serpro Westley Chapel.

Called because I came home after a month and there’s mold covering the ceiling in my bathroom. It says 24/7 emergency service and a phone number. I had to wait about 30 rings before someone even answered, no voicemail. Then I was told that’s “something we would probably do during the week”….not hey we will get someone out, I’ll have someone call you, he literally sat on the phone in silence til I said “ok, I guess I’ll call back during the week”…
