After reading the negative comments about the older white lady who works there, I’m glad I’m not the only one. Myself, my wife, and mother in law are Latinos. From the moment that we entered the business, the lady wouldn’t stop giving us dirty looks. We don’t frequent the business since we have a washer and dryer at home, but we went there because we had a few rugs and curtains to wash. Anyway, she watched us like a Hawk. I finally spoke up after she told my mother in law not to “slam” the door to the dryer. I told her that she wasn’t slamming it, she was closing the door like any other person would. She then opens the door and very gently closes the door and says this is how you shut it. Suffice it to say that we won’t be returning. When I took the rugs out of the washing machines, she went behind my back and checked each washer looking to see if they were dirty. This lady has problems and is clearly a racist from what I can read in the other comments. We will not be returning.

Horribleeeeee experience. Owner older white male basically starred me down from the beginning to end of my service. I ask owner did he have case quarter to switch out with my two dimes and nickel he denied of having quarters knowing his business operated on case quarters. This was the worst experience in my life at a laundromat. The dryers are breaking you have to put 10 quarters in there to dry clothing! I don't understand why this business is still open. If you can lookup prejudice in the dictionary you will see his face! NO STARS if you ask me!

She ranted and raged about stupid immigrants, sanctuary cities, and threatened to Burn down.Bucks Meadows apts if she could just get "some Saturday courage."

What a dump, for somebody who needs to ? stop being in this business!
There's no pride in running well working laundromat!!!!
When you express a major issues with employee she is just so rude !!
It's pointless in thinking that things will improve because I hung in there thinking that they would value their customers and improve the problems that are there...
The washing machines spin cycles are a freaking joke ,
My clothes come out almost dripping and please don't think that it's because I put too much soap in the machine because that's always their go to answer even though it's obviously not true !!! I want my clothes clean I'm not doing anything to jeopardize that!
I'm done with the place I've given them so many chances because of the convenience of where this is located for me however it's just not worth it anymore because my clothes are not coming out dirty.....
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHES THERE

I was treated badly and the owner his wife or daughter and the lady worker was rude because I didn’t hurry up and start all my washers… this is not the first time we have been in here where we have got an attitude from the owner. I don’t know if it’s because my husband‘s black and I’m white but he doesn’t say anything to anybody else. Seems the only be us when we go in there how he’s rude to us, I will never go there again if I could give ZERO stars, If I Would !
I spend at least $60 a week there! He’s very rude and because we don’t move at his pace it’s a problem. Bad business owner.

My girlfriend and I went there today, and had the worst experience.
There was a woman behind the counter, with the worst attitude.
All she did was rant on the phone to someone about how stupid the customers were.
A lot of the clientele are of Latino descent, and all she did was complain about sanctuary cities, and how she would love to have the courage to blow up the Bucks Meadows apartment complex.
At one point during this disgusting display, my girlfriend mentioned that her
attitude and hate speech were inappropriate.
For that, the woman focused her anger on my girlfriend, telling her to leave and waving goodbye.
Between threatening to blow up a minority apartment complex, and her attitude when called out on it, I will never set foot in this place again.
I don't often put someone on blast like this, but I will admit that this attendant may be the first woman I have ever wanted to actually punch in the mouth.
