I've had nothing but great experiences at my local UPS Store! The staff are always friendly, welcoming me with a hello and a smile every time I walk in. The store is clean, organized, and runs efficiently. One of the best features is their drop-off spot for pre-labeled packages—no waiting in line, just drop and go. It’s clear this store is well-managed with a great team. I highly recommend!

Completely rude. When asked to see different size mailing envelopes (the worker was trying to sell me a $15 box when the two shirts combined weighed 2lbs and only cost $12 total), the worker claimed UPS only carried the small bags. As a frequent customer to UPS, I’ve been to multiple UPS stores and ALL have at least 3-4 different size mailing envelopes. Personally, I think she was upset I questioned her and she lied. Totally unprofessional.

Update: Based off the response from the UPS owner (see below), it seems as though the owner “misunderstood” my concern. This review was not due to the cost of the box. This review was due to the employee refusing to show me the different size mailing parcels and only wanted to me to purchase the box. I went to the UPS store on Ramsey Street and they were VERY accommodating and extremely friendly. The Ramsey street location provided me with an appropriate size mailing parcel (not a box—they were in fact shocked this location was requiring me to use a box) and my items were shipped immediately.

I love Amy Tillman and this UPS Store. She is so very knowledgeable about everything and she is very professional… I actually live on the northern side of Sanford, but I gladly drive across town to use this store. As long as Amy is there I will continue to make the drive. She is a great asset‼️

Yesterday, June 24th, 2024 around 4 pm I visited store 3655. They were so kind and helpful and I had one of the best experiences there. I usually go to ups for returns through Amazon or other business. I had to return some dog food and the bag split open and I spilled it on the floor. The staff were so kinda and reassured me that it was no problem. I was constantly apologizing and they let me know that everything is okay. They not only cleaned it up for me, even though I offered to clean it up myself. They were fast and in completing the return and thanked me for coming. Even though I felt like a nuisance they assured me it was not a problem with smiles on their faces. I really appreciated the two women and young man that were there to help me.

I had some large packages that were split up that I needed to return from Amazon, they had to be in one box to complete the return. Amy and Cristina were extremely helpful and told me I could get a bigger box down the road at uhaul, which I did. When I returned to the store the box was still a tiny bit too small but Amy and Cristina helped me by adding extra cardboard to make it fit just right! They were extremely kind and talked to me like I was their best friend! 10 out of 10 customer service!!!

I am visiting my 83 yr old mother from NY , trying to return shoes for her. The help I received on 9/6/2024. I wished I had remembered her name. Very helpful, patient & seemed to genuinely love her job !!!!!

I forgot to get her name but the slim tall lady with the red speckled skin is very unprofessional lacks customer service skills and out right refuses to be good help to certain customers. Anytime we need any type of UPS service we have to go the next city over because we refuse to step foot there ever again will anything be done I highly doubt but at least I have added my consistent experience at this location

I went to the store to get multiple copies of documents made. Veronica helped me. She was helpful and knowledgeable. She consulted with me several times during the process. Veronica made sure I had the right copies and that they were done the way I needed. She gave great customer service. I will definitely return.
