Counter personnel are professional and friendly. Asked to have shirts folded, vs. on hangers. Came back nicely folded and wrapped in plastic. Majority of my visits are generally very positive. Only complaint, high prices, which is common with all dry cleaners?

Top notch customer service even when issues arise. We had a dry cleaning service recently, once we received our garments a piece of vest was missing. Call the store, immediately they were on top of it and within 30 min the staff located the missing vest. This is what customer service should be, solving problems not blame diversion. Rest assured they will take care of your garments!

I have been dropping my clothes here sporadically for wash and fold since 2020 and it was great the last time I had done it around October 2023. I took it back this last week and clothes were not ready when they said they would be which was strange as usually very on time. I called and turns out they send out their wash and fold. I don’t know if they have always done this but let me say that this last wash and fold was not good at all so not sure if they are using a different location. Staff there is always courteous and nice but definitely quality of wash and fold is down

I brought in a pair of jeans to have the hem taken up and I was hoping to have them ready for the weekend…. The seamstress was swamped with work but she did get my jeans ready for me ! I appreciated her extra effort to help me out!

My favorite blouse had a tiny red spot on the front. I’ve worn it only one time & was very sad that it had the spot which was tiny; however, I knew it was there. It is gone now & my blouse looks new again!!!?
