I wanted to leave a word of thanks and appreciation for Mike and his partner for the great job they did in cleaning my son’s home after his passing last week. Mike arrived at the house and proceeded to give us an assessment. Mike was able to start right away and did a fantastic job of cleaning the home and communicating his progress. I was lied to by the sales rep. I had someone die in my home and they came for 3 hours and then billed my insurance 17k. They assured me that my insurance would take care of everything. But they didn't. The sales rep told me the insurance covers this. 17k for 3 hours of work..... disgusting, taking advantage of insurance companies.

Hector, Mike and the whole team went above and beyond for my family when my dad passed away. They kept in communication at all times letting me know what was going on. I was referred to Valor Technical Cleaning from the city and I am happy they did. They showed up promptly during a difficult and emotional time and took care of business. This is the first time I had to deal with anything like this and they made the whole process easier and took the time to do it correctly and guide me in my next steps. My dad passed away on 6/27/23 and I was recommened to use Valor by a Tip volunteer. My sister and I were lucky enough to work with Joe Munguia. Him and his team did a fabulous job! Joe was very kind, sympathetic and did not leave any details out. He walked me and my sister through every step. He made the process easy while we were going through a very difficult time. He checked in everyday to let us know the deatils on the cleanup. Valor is very lucky to have Joe as he is amazing at his job and he really cares about his clients. 5** stars!!
